The Selection Process for the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys
Candidates must be nominated by a client, peer, or by the Institute. Once nominated, each candidate will be thoroughly researched and will go through an independent evaluation. Candidates will be rated on several factors, one of which is client satisfaction. This is an important factor because, while some law firms may boast years of experience or high-profile cases, they may not put the client’s interests first.
